This was a tricky closing. The seller was in forbearance and closing was delayed. Jessika and team communicated with the buyer to keep them updated on what was happening. When we finally got the green light to close, we were able to get everyone on board to close ASAP. While the buyer wished they would have closed on time, they were very grateful for everyone looking out for them and getting to the closing table as quick as possible.
