Everyone was friendly and welcoming Everything went smoothly and on time. Each document was explained to us as we signed. I liked that the documents were available to read online the morning of the closing and some we were able to sign online. It saved time and gave us the chance to go over all the documents for accuracy ahead of the actual closing.

I did not attend closing as the seller. It was a simple process of signing the documents in front of a notary. My settlement check was successfully overnighted to me.
