Danielle was thinking ahead and offered our seller an option to pre-sign her home sale docs at the same time she was closing on her new house, which saved the seller time by not having to come in for an additional pre-sign appointment.

Danielle was more than helpful with the buyer when her wire funds did not come right away and helping her get it set up with her financial advisor. Closing took longer because of time she had to spend helping with that. Client was very happy when she left knowing it would get handled by Danielle who would let me know so I could let Nicolle know when it hit.

She always is pleasant and friendly with the clients and not stuffy and all total business. She takes time to explain items.
