Edina Realty consistently does an amazing job with our clients. I has the hardest time transitioning from Dion to Jessica. Both fantastic and amazing. Now that I’m back at the Plymouth Office, it’s equally hard to transition from Jessica to Eric and his team. Eric and Tanya (and team) were absolutely fantastic! It’s such a wonderful feeling to have such a highly respected team of professionals that work for our company. I look forward to working with Eric and the Maple Grove Team!

The buyers side announced at 2 the day of closing that they loan would not fund until Monday because the buyers brought a cashier's check to closing. Any other closer might have rolled over and accepted the circumstance. Eric and his team fought up until a wire was sent to fund the loan at 3:45 on Friday, saving the day!
