The experience was smooth and efficient. The representative that handled our title transfer and disbursement of monetary funds was very polite and professional. The only reason why I didn’t rate it a 10 was my mom had to take a day off work to go to the local office instead of a representative coming to our house while she was working from home. Apparently it was a “safety” issue, even though realtors routinely meet with clients in their homes to conduct business, so this didn’t make any sense to me. Other than this minor issue of inconvenience, however, it was a satisfactory experience.

job explaining all the paperwork , especially with a 1st time homeowner. If any issues should arrive, Eric, goes above and beyond to get it corrected. He is such a great asset to Edina Realty Title.

The closing staff (Eric Fisk, Ashley Prout, and Amber Manigault) were all very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The Remote Notary Process was extremely helpful and convenient because the closing involved three people in three different states. There was some confusion in email communications prior to closing, but the staff had everything sorted out when the remote closing session began.
