Everything was handled online, so I didn’t even have to show up. Last time I did this, it took over 6 hours in the title company office and it was thought we might have to reschedule. At the last minute, the last paperwork arrived and we were able to complete the deal—but not without six hours of tension filled waiting. What an ordeal!!
