I liked being walked through the process and getting to have our closer explain what each thing was that we were signing. The entire team was very welcoming and excited for us to get a house. I also appreciated having our realtor, Lynn Chheang, there. He has been with us throughout the process and it was definitely nice to have a second set of eyes to verify everything was correct.

Eric did an excellent job despite my clients. My clients didn't have the funds wired as we requested so at the very last minute the closing was a bit frantic. Despite the craziness at the end, Eric was calm and cool. Thank you Eric for helping get this one closed!
