She was very professional, but also warm and patient. At 82 and doing this alone -without my spouse - for the first time , I was very appreciative of this. My realtor Diane, banker Jason and my daughter Kate were also made to feel very welcome. At what might have been a very stressful occasion she put everyone at ease. Please thank her for me. The realtor, Stacy was a fun lady to work with, she was upfront and honest about everything.
She was also funny and had a great personality, she has many years of experience in her field. Anytime I had a question all I had to do is text her or call her and she would get back to me as soon as she could. She and her husband Rick, work well together, he too was a easy and pleasant guy to work with.
Our house was sold in 4 days, she knows the market.
I recommend them both.

What did you like about the closing?

Cheri and Brandy are on top of it and make things very smooth during what is a stressful time! Cheri's sense of humor through closing is also much appreciated to keep things light! :)
