There was some depth for people in the know.
Long before the closing, there was contact initiated to discuss information and directions.
Contact was through email, texts and phone calls. That about covers it when you live hundreds of miles away!

It has been a very long time since we have sold a house and we really didn't know what we were supposed to do. We received preliminary letters telling us what to where to go and what to bring. Cheri was so very good at putting us at ease. She explained everything in detail so we were sure about what we were signing. It was a very comfortable meeting.
