What did you like about the closing?

Like we say in realestate,"it starts at the front door". Well ,this is true with what happens
at a Title Comp as well....one is greeted with Cheryl at the front desk.She greets the clients,and agents with kindness.
The closer,Kellan ,is professional and knowledgeable as well. Plus is willing to share a bit of banter back and fourth if needed.

Since this was my first experience with a closing I had no expectations. There were so many debits to the account that I was a bit overwhelmed but the staff was very kind, very patient and explained everything. They investigated and adjusted as needed and one could leave knowing this was the best experience possible.
