As a realtor with Edina Realty for 35 years, I have known what a great job our title department does but this time I was also the seller. They had to overcome many delays with the first buyer not qualifying almost to the projected close date and the 2nd buyer had numerous delays getting her VA loan. Richelle Pikala and Courtney Jones were wonderful.

The lender was a S-show during this transaction with numerous parties with hands in the pot, not central communications, and making too many errors on forms and communications. Title went the extra distance in trying to communicate and organize with them. Ultimately smooth at the closing table, just the lender took almost an hour to approve funding after paperwork was signed. Kudos to the team!
