A calm and comfortable environment as I was selling the home I basically raised my kids and took pride I owned myself for like 18 years. I did get teary but composed myself well til I got to the car.
Explanations were clear, representatives were profession and attentive to my feelings.
The only thing I did not like, after the fact, that buyers were still there and Ann said ya, come in, they are very nice. That was horrible for me. My understanding from my kids with recent home sale/purchase with Ann/Gary I would not have to be in the same room like the “old days”
