Things went well however we had to make a second trip because we did not know that we were to bring death certificates. Jenny said it was an automated letter, maybe the letter needs to be updated or at least reviewed to avoid the need for an extra trip since we live 45 minutes away.

It did not take much time. Melissa Klein and Katy Kichen worked hard to make it so I could close. I was on a vacation during my loan process. The closing was fast. I signed my papers on Friday and the house closed on Monday. The whole team at Edina Reality was great. Rochelle Brown was fabulous as my realtor and she knew what I wanted/needed. Everyone in the closing was professional and friendly.
