Somehow the Bloomington Compliance Inspection was overlooked on my sale that closed last Friday. When showing up at the closing, Nick with Edina Title requested a copy of the inspection report, Yikes, we forgot to have the inspection completed. I was able to find an inspector on a Friday, at noon go out to the property, complete the inspection and drop it off at the city of Bloomington before 2:00 pm. Nick was amazingly accommodating, he was able to get us back at the table to close at 2:15 pm, we were completely signed and he was off to his next closing at 2:50 pm! Thanks Nick and thank you everyone at Apple Valley Edina Title!!!!
