Everything. Jessi and her trainee were very professional in the presentation of the what was to be done. Everything was explained to me.

The signing of the papers was a bit time consuming, but proceeded smoothly and was told what and why I was signing.

The staff at the entrance safely had a friendly greeting. Then had me fill out and sign the COVID-19 statement. They wished me a "good day" upon my leaving the office.
