I liked how the closer handled the info she needed to give us and how she was very thorough about explaining what we were signing and why. Always helpful to know what and why I'm signing whatever it may be. Also she was very professional as well as laid back enough to answer questions not directly related to the closing. Such as the ins and outs of selling a home. I'm very satisfied overall with my level of customer service from everyone involved in my transaction. BIG PROPS to Andrea and Linda Whelan. What a marvelous team to work with! I look forward to my next endeavor with that team.

Andrea worked diligently on last minute details that needed wrapping up. My sellers missed 2 presign appointments and then just showed up one morning without a license and expected to be able to walk-in and sign. She was sent (respectfully) back home to locate a valid drivers license. I had to do some stern reminders of business etiquette and the importance of follow through. Andrea welcomed them back in, juggled her schedule and handled the closing with grace and professionalism! She’s wonderful!
