Nat Frandrup made it very easy and was extremely helpful during the process, and I liked the less stressful pre-signing I went in for days before the buyers closed, fewer people and chaos and paperwork and we were able to focus on my side of the transaction. Nat did a great job of communicating as questions came up before hand.

I have been ill and postponed the closing until 2/1/2022. No one informed me my refund would decrease from $1200+ to 800+. Nate told me because it was changed to Feb. I would have scheuled Jan 31 if I had known. Also, I cancelled the original closing date as it was mentioned in the email I would need to bring a cashier’s check for $4000. I confirmed with my mortgage company that was not the case so I changed the. Losing date an reeivedanother email I needed a cashiers check for $4000 and again the mortgage company rep, Pamela Dahm, assured me again I was getting a refund and would not need a cashier’s check. Your form letter needs to be updated. I would not have cancelled the original dateandrecncelled if I had known I really wouldn’t need a $4000 check and I would have received $1200+ rather than $800+. I would like to be reimbursed the full amount. Nate also assured me I would not need to cancel auto pay as the closing would dothat. My account was just drafted for $387+ for auto pay. I would also like that reimbursed as it was an unexpected withdrawal. Also, because a wire transfer was done for the transfer my bank charged me a $15.00 fee,,,again unexpected. I would also like that to be reimbursed,
