The seller's home was set up in a trust. Most sellers don't understand the extra work that goes into closing when a home is in a trust. Edina Title did a super job in explaining to the sellers what they needed to do in order to have the closing go smoothly on the sales side. Nat Frandrup was also kind enough to go to the sellers house to get one of the signatures that was missing so that one of my sellers, who has health issues, didn't have to come in to the office to sign.

We were dealing with trust documents, power of attorney and plus one of the kids was an attorney and our Nat and Jen did a fantastic job. The seller just loved the job they did and made it so easy for the family.
