The workout areas are quiet and clean and well stocked with aerobic and strength equipment. I especially like the Egym equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also like that the Y membership gives me access to other Ys.
Great!!! The only thing that is very annoying is seeing children at the 18+ women’s locker all the time. It would be nice if you had a camera outside at the entrance to stop that from happening. There are naked women at the locker all the time and the mother’s bring their children to shower there. Unacceptable.

You guys are doing a great job. The new treadmills in the back of the cardio room (the ones with fans on them, which I need to work out) are nice but I know they have been a challenge because of various issues, like speed differences and bumpy tracks, but you've kept on top of the maintenance and they seem pretty good now. The room is usually cool enough for me to work out, except when I end up coming on the busy time or on a very hot, sunny day, when it gets hotter in there. I know being in my 60s I get hotter than the youngsters and I need a cool room, so I come when it's not busy if I can. I really don't like that the fans have been removed from the walls, because they helped a lot when I use the ellipticals.
The one thing I think people would like (you should try it) is if you got rid of all the stressful news channels and had fun things like extreme sports programs, wildlife or nature or national parks programs (I work out because I love to hike) or cute animals on the animal planet channel. Anything with pretty or interesting visuals, because talking heads and tiny writing is useless to people on a cardio machine anyway, aside from reminding you of politics, which is just stressful.

The child watch is so amazing! The staff that works there are all wonderful and they are so great with my kids (specially the weekday morning staff that I see daily which include Aubrey, Jackie and Ashley). They deserve a lot of recognition for a job well done.

The YMCA offers everything through exercise you could want to stay healthy. The YMCA is very clean. Parking is hard and needs to be addressed.
How they keep it immaculate and staff is friendly
The variety and quality of the activities for a fair cost.
The main reason I go to the YMCA is the steam room. Your steam room at the Boca location is always at the right temperature. That tells me that there is someone there that knows what they are doing with the boiler and daily checking temperature and adjusting. This is why I love the Boca YMCA.
