all the instructors are great and welcoming. they also don't lock the door on you at 1 min before class in case you're making in right at time. highly appreciated.

The studio is clean, well-lit, inviting, and spacious. The instructors are competent, clear, and knowledgeable while also being kind and supportive. I appreciate that Caitlin makes an effort to acknowledge clients by name both in and out of class. All of my CorePower experiences have been wonderful, and Rockridge stands out as my favorite among them.

Great classes

Everyone who works there is super nice. The facility is always clean. Having parking there is SO helpful and why I stopped going to Walnut Creek (sorry WC). I'm sure you are aware of the Oakland Tech kids who use the garage as their own personal smoke spot which doesn't really bother me other than - they are kids and should not be doing that and definitely not during the school day. I wonder if there is a way you can work with the school to end that...

The energy of the class was great, I loved the music and thought the teacher was fantastic

consistent postures so you can get better at them - rather than always trying to 'mix it up' with differing postures from instructor to instructor.

The classes provide foundational grounding and physical and mental healthy practices for my life

Addrita is a great teacher. I loved her Core Power 2 class and I am going to be attending it regularly. Everyone we have encountered at Rockridge Core Power Yoga has been really nice and helpful! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the heat, but it is energizing. The facilities are super clean and comfortable. I feel stronger already after just two classes.

the teachers are great, it is easy to navigate booking and cancelling, the sculpt class is my favorite. the space is clean relaxing and very pretty. the whole experience nourishes the soul!

Great energy, great facility. Rather expensive.

Jane and Lauren C’s sculpt classes kick butt and keep me going back for more. The studio is beautiful with high ceilings and parking is never an issue. This is by far my favorite yoga studio in the East Bay!

Wednesday's class with Long at Rockridge was my first ever CorePower class. Long was very helpful in taking a few minutes to orient me to the studio and talk with me about my yoga background. He made me feel very welcome.

The practice was both challenging and nurturing. I liked the variety of poses and the part that emphasized the core.

Beautiful surroundings in the studio itself and the other students were friendly. I felt the community aspect.

The instructors are motivating and the studios are clean. I am newer to yoga and primarily attend the day time classes.

I love that I don't feel pressured to buy more classes or a membership. And I always feel welcome and never judged for how well I practice.

I wish there were more 615 classes during the week. Monday and Wednesdays are great. The facilities are clean. Just need more early classes.
