I’ve been taking CorePower classes for 6 months now and I have to say; this was by far my favorite class I have ever taken. I took the C1 heated candlelight flow with LaKia and I truly don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience before her class!!! It was fun, it was relaxing, it was just the right bit challenging - it was everything! I can’t wait to take my next class with her!

I love the variety of classes Corepower has to offer. There is something for everyone. My favorite would be Soundbath from Kristen. She has over thousands of dollars worth of equipment for this class and her set up is extensive. She is therapy, light, and love all in one.

I wish there was a gratuity button on our app where we can send 25 cents to $1, $2, $3, and custom. If a teacher has 30 students, she or he can hopefully get $5 or more, and that would definitely keep great teachers around, and pay such expensive equipment for soundbaths. I have been at corepower for almost a decade and I would love to see more teachers stay. I would love to see more music, like handpan and DJs.

The instructors and the classes are great, the people are friendly, and the studios and the equipment are nice and so are the bathrooms and the locker rooms.

I’ve responded to this before. Love the instructors, the variety of classes, the ease of scheduling, the community and the clean and welcoming studio.

As a beginner, the instructors have been so kind and helpful.

I am a week into my membership and have loved every class I have taken. I love the number of classes that are offered everyday making it easy to book in advance or last minute when my schedule is unpredictable.

The movement, combined with the heat is an awesome workout. The thing that makes me come back to CorePower is the instructors. They are amazing.

Clean and spacious studio. I normally attend classes at the Grand Lake studio because it is walking distance from my apartment, but I prefer driving 10 min to take classes at the Rockridge studio when I do have the time. Even when classes are filled, it does not feel overcrowded- I can comfortably move around and the instructors have all been very welcoming as well. You can tell that anyone at any level can attend these sessions due to the support and modifications these instructors provide.

I love that there are free community classes on Sundays! Please keep them around. The instructors at Rockridge are also very kind.

Awesome instructors and great classes! Two feedback items about the studio space:

*The door closer hinge in Studio 2 is broken and the door closes/slams really loudly.

*In Studio 1, the rear speaker that is connected to the instructor's headset, cuts in and out. The connection to the headset microphone is intermittent.

The Rockridge location is great! The instructor, Miles, was so welcoming and I really like his classes. I say keep hiring people—whether leadership or instructors—that foster a safe space of healing and wellness! I just wish the Rockridge and Grand Lake locations offered more late morning/midday classes on Thursdays.

Top notch teachers accompanied by great music selections. Studio is nice and clean.

Love that you have a parking garage. Sad that you no longer have merchandise available due to break-ins. It seems you have a teacher shortage as some of my favorites are no longer there and some of the current ones are teaching too much and they are not great. Teachers need to speak more loudly or use a microphone, which they have said they don't like to do. Overall though I am happy with Rockridge.

Great location. Instructors are motivating and play great music. Also, a good mix of the various classes offered by CPY.

My class was incredible!! I LOVED the cold towel at the end!!!!!! It was amazing! I've never felt so relaxed.
