Student Testimonials
Love the atmosphere and the vibes!
It has always felt like a safe and clean space even before covid!
It was great! I’m so sad they had to close again.
Great location, friendly staff
EVERYTHING
This is my all time favorite studio. So clean, so professional, and the best instructors. Compared to my home studio in Tempe, AZ, Rockridge feels much more like a top-tier fitness studio than a home-y dirty studio. More of a commentary on the older studios, but they tend to feel dirty quickly. I like when the studio wipes down the weights and blocks in between classes given that they tend to feel very sweaty.
I enjoy the fast paced, diverse classes that are offered at your various studios. It´s everything that I look for in a yoga class - especially the core break in the middle!
Great staff, great flow!
Was a great experience with Beth, enjoyed the space and a session in a new studio.
Heidi Imsand is the best!
Absolutely love Rockridge corepower. The instructors are incredible.
The facilities are new and clean. What I must admit I like the most is the incredible parking!
Great instructors, convenient location and decent sized rooms. There are definitely more people who practice in this location, so classes can be a little crowded at times. There is a parking garage, but get there early to snag a good spot for your car and your mat!

Amazing teachers in the bay!
My first class there was great. I think I will be coming back!
Sarah C is a fantastic teacher!
It’s going great..thank you ..all your staff are amazing..❤️
I have a trauma background. Just going into a yoga studio for me is overwhelming. I was turned off in the past because I didn’t like when teachers would adjust me or call to attention that I wasn’t doing the pose “correctly.” I like to set my own pace and even if I’m not doing it “correctly” I prefer to let it come after practice. For me just being in the class is HUGE! Being corrected too much makes me feel discouraged and I’ve actually stopped doing yoga before because of it. I am also a bigger woman and I wasn’t made to feel like yoga is only for “skinny white women.” I also greatly appreciate that the teachers ask for consent before coming into your space. Setting the boundary for me has been empowering for me. My one suggestion would be to get consent cards. While I may not want adjustments in one pose I might in others. The teachers typically just ask once. I also like the messaging of “do what services you” and “trust your body”. These affirmations are extremely healing for people with trauma. Please keep it up and emphasize trauma informed yoga ! Thanks you!
Good teachers. Nice curriculum.
Consistent quality instruction.
Classes and instructors are great. Nice space...both rooms.
The teachers are amazing!!!!
Humidity is great for a new-style studio but the heat can be stronger.
Very helpful staff!
Just about everything! I take HPF and C2 at Rockridge regularly. Your instructors are great, the location is perfect and the parking is easy. Lilla and Sarasee provide such a welcoming and supportive vibe.
I go to the Rockridge the most since it's nearest to home, but also get to classes at FiDi SF occasionally during the work day and at your Saint Paul - Grand Ave and Boston-Back Bay when I travel for work.
Core Power has become a part of my life and regular fitness routine.
Yoga sculpt classes
Great class with a great instructor!
my classes with aquil were energizing and centering. they were some of the most intense classes i have taken. i can’t wait to be in studio with him again! he grounded the practice in the fundamentals and that allowed me to really experience what corepower had to offer. i had also never experienced flow or hot yoga before and due to that grounding was able to fly.
Clean and bright unlike Berkeley West.

I've been to three classes since re-opening. They have all been great. It would be nice especially with the current three people per class limit to face the mirror instead of oriented towards the open door. It seems like we should be plenty safe enough given the size of the rooms and small group wearing masks. Hoping the limited class capacity can increase while still being safe. As its been hard to get to regular classes do to them being fully booked.
