The ladies at the Pearl Creek office couldn't be any better! When I call I feel like I'm sitting in a rocker on the porch, with a glass of lemonade, talking to an old friend. They are always friendly, helpful and are able to resolve my issue. If I have a question they can't answer, they find someone who can and get back to me. They are the epitome of a business I want to do business with, which is saying ALOT because customer service in general these days is HORRIBLE.
I've already referred you to a new customer, a co-worker who moved to a new home with propane. She was shocked when she called the home's current propane provider and the price and service she got. I told her to call your Pearl Creek office and when she did she signed up immediately.
