Simple, consistent and timely response to questions
So far this season everything is going well with Superior. When I call with questions or request a delivery the associates have been very pleasant and professional. (Historically this was often not the case).
The person who delivered our propane was very courteous and nice.
We're hopeful this continues, as well as at renewal time with pricing for next season. Please consider decent pricing for EXISTING customers, not only new customers, as retention should hopefully be a priority!!

Propane arrived second day after ordering-prompt and courtious same as last year.
Could not get online ordering to accept order-so called in my order.
First they worked with me help keep my price down. Second I’m on a will call service. I call they deliver… usually within two or three days. Third the drivers I have met have all been very friendly.
