Recently, I completed a survey, saying I was frustrated with the cost per gallon of propane at ~$2 above the average for western NY. We have four appliances that use propane ( Whole house generator, on demand water heater, gas stove in the living room and recently installed a gas range in the kitchen). We use ~150 gal per year. We are Senior citizens living on Social Security. We have been a Customer since 1978. So, every dollar counts. I received a phone call from Sara from the Geneva office as a follow up to my survey. She said the more propane you use the lower the price. She gave use the average price of propane which saved us ~$400 and a $25 credit. I understand charging more for smaller users, but not $2 more a gallon. Maybe 50 cents extra a gallon. Plus a senior citizen discount. I appreciate Sara taking the time to contact me. Sara said to ask for her on our next fill.

You're on the ball with deliveries. If I have questions, the office is always willing to answer them. I just hope the price of fuel will decrease as our income is not increasing.

You keep the price fair. when I call in adelivery is fairly quick, and when I called the Palmyra New York office the ladies that answered, the phone are always nice and courteous
