It is efficient. When I phoned with questions or concerns the person answering is always helpful and informative. There is an email before each visit.
The only thing I was not pleased with was that you don't use weed and seed till late June.
My lawn had a few weeds in it but by the time you did the weed and seed treatment there were a lot more weeds growing. I just think you wait too long to do that treatment.
