The most important thing for me is the e-mails which are sent prior to each visit; that e-mail allows me to prepare for my dog to be in the house and not walk on the lawn if the product could be harmful to her. The second most important thing is to know what is being done to our lawn and what benefits we get from the application. Third; your staff is professional, efficient and very courteous.
I must add that I particularly appreciate the meticulous manners of the young man who has been servicing our lawn most of the time this summer. I work from home 3 days a week and noticed how much attention he pays to the task at hand. If your company has an employee reward program, I would definitely recommend him for some type of recognition; he is really awesome!

However, I am disappointed that I still have quite a few dandelion weeds despite your fiesta treatments for weeds. Hopefully the final treatment will catch these and eliminate for next year.
