The lawn is very green and growing
Consistent in service for many years. Usually keeps me well informed. (However it would be nice if a notice could be left in my mailbox or on door handle if I am not at home because today I saw the sign on the lawn from yesterday . Thankfully I check my junk email frequently because a lot of good mail ends up there including yesterday’s message from you saying to water the lawn as soon as possible.). All round very happy with your service.

You spray for grubs/chinch bugs on the 12 Jul. My lawn was already damage by the bugs. Nobody else on my street has my problem.
Technicians are professional and friendly
I appreciate the phone call ahead of time letting me know what service will be delivered the following day. My grass is healthy and mostly free of weeds. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I did not give. 10 for 2 reasons. First because the core aeration and over seeding is generally done very late in Spring, so I'm often left having to water daily during a very hot and sometimes dry spells. Second, last year the grub treatment was forgotten in a small area of the yard (left side of the house). This resulted in considerable grub related activity the following Spring. I informed Nutrilawn and I wast told that the info. would be passed on to the technicians doing the work this year. I'm confident it will be the case.

Technician always helpful and answers all questions. Advance notice given when application is to be made. Product applied with care and service is dependable.
I like that they keep in touch, either by email or phone call. They let you know about new products and services that are available to you. They also email you a detailed description of what they did and how your lawn is doing.
