Its so easy, no trouble to make arrangements to install, everyone is very eager and installers are so helpful... it is a big job for them usually in bad weather but they are good humoured.
A nice touch last year - after the first night of lights on, they came back, took a photo and emailed to me. Not this year though although it's only been 2 nights.
A discusson occurred with them on installation day as to whether I wanted red lights along with the white on the free wreath... they had already installed white only so I let it go - not remembering what I had last year ... but I can say now that I definitely prefer red and white for the wreath.... As you said last year, the white brings out the red - you need both.
And your ad is correct - my neighbours are crazy about the light show!!!

Quick friendly service both from installers and office staff.
I inherited an old irrigation system with the purchase of my new home that I mistakingly turned on briefly this fall.
According to the previous owner, it had been installed by the original owner and had not been used for 15 plus years. The control panel was in pieces and it was largely a mystery as to where all the zones and components were located.
The technician from Sprinkler Solutions (Mike) was up to the challenge! He reassembled the control panel, found the box outside (had a deck built over it) and got the system blown out and prepped for winter. THANK YOU Mike for your positive attitude, knowledge and determination.

Glo's crew arrived at home, well prepared to do the project, they had all material and ladders ready to go. Pierre and Zach were very professional, knew the system and its controls very well and walked me through with ease on the set-up of the App. The lights work great, I'm sure we will enjoy these for several years. The installation crew was fantastic. There wasn't a good way to stay in contact with the sales team to keep on top of delivery timelines (emails were unreturned and timelines not followed up on), but everyone I was able to talk with was great.
