Very friendly staff and no wait time which is very unusual. My appointment was at 9:00am and I was in right on time.
My son had a problem on his left eye before he came the clinic. His left eye was very weak, and that would affect to his right eye. After the doctor gave him how to train his left eye. He has kept the training for one year. Now, his left eye has become much better, so he can see clearly through his left eye. I think he is very lucky because he can meet the doctor. I appreciate to the doctor very much.
I was given the green light a few months after my concussion by my family doctor and OT, but continued to experience seemingly random and unconnected symptoms. Dr. McCrodan was able to explain how they were related and the result of the concussion, caused by the deficits in my eye - brain connection.
I never feel rushed at my appointments and Dr. McCrodan explains things simply and thoroughly so that it makes sense.
Every staff member I have dealt with in the office, beginning with the call to book my initial appointment, to testing my eyes and helping me with frame selection is extremely caring and helpful. All my questions and concerns have been addressed.
I feel welcomed each visit and look forward to my next appointment once my glasses arrive and feel very hopeful that my symptoms will improve, along with the quality of my life.

How accepting, professional and friendly the staff are
I am a violin and piano teacher. Knowledge of developmental optometry has been one of the most useful skills for assessment of student needs for effective learning.
Dr McCrodan has acheived results with both myself and my students.
Violin teachers are encouraged to take supplemental courses. I took the courses in the Rhythmic movement Training for integration of infant reflexes and learned about developmental optometry. I recognized a need in myself and subsequently my students. Knowledge of developmental optometry is a very useful tool for teachers.
