Enzo recently had his first spa day. It was great! He came home looking and smelling much better than he went in. He wants another one soon!

Theiadora gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, pulls her way to the door, and is happy to see everyone. Perhaps more importantly, she doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. She wants to say goodbye to everyone before leaving and walks backwards on two feet in the parking lot (to resist leaving) if she sees someone familiar. As a pet parent, it's nice to be able to view the camera during the day and see what the dogs are up to (who they seem to play with, etc). In addition to the doggy play (and rest), the canine coaches add some activities to help entertain/stimulate the dogs while also making sure they are not getting overwhelmed. Theiadora likes the treat and activity events scheduled throughout the month and the theme photo days are fun for the parents. The temperature-controlled indoor rooms ensure that there are no unexpected issues or closures due to inclement weather that can be an issue (or limiting) at other locations, and the rooms appear clean with coaches reacting promptly to clean "messes". The staff are also very friendly, great at communicating, and responsive to emails.

Great communication from the front desk! And our dog Mickey absolutely loves seeing his fur friends during the week and comes home exhausted which is great for us.
