Friendly staff. Reception area, speedy service in receicing/taking our dog in and out, while reducing multiple dogs being in reception area at the same time. Webcams.

Friendly and attentive staff. Playrooms are clean and I can see my puppies play via webcam.

Dogtopia really takes into account not only the dogs happiness and social skills, but also provide a wide range of spa services, and boarding which I think is great. You can tell at Dogtopia the dogs are the main priority and safety comes first before all else. I love how throughly trained all the staff is, the boot camp was especially fun in my opinion, they made it enjoyable even though he days were long and strenuous. The managers really pay attention and notice when their employees are doing good, and give them recognition and/or help them work on other parts of the position as a canine coach or rover so we are all acclimated to multiple positions in the facility.

The first two days have been great. Mitsy is having a blast and comes home happy and tired from lots of play.

Dogtopia has so much to like: a wonderful staff, a great facility, an enriched environment, an emphasis on more play time and a super convenient location.
But what is most important to me is that my dog’s life is better because he is at Dogtopia. Dogs need to play and move and be with other dogs. He is a high energy dog, and happiest when he has lots of activity. He gets that activity and socialization at Dogtopia.
He loves the people who care for him, and I know that he is having the time of his life, doing dog stuff in the company of other dogs.
