Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, safe and fun environment for my dog!
I love how close to home you are, it allows me to drop off the dogs 🐕 🐶 on my way to work or just for a day so they can be better socialized. The staff are so pleasant and professional, and helpful. They love our dogs as if they were dogs of their own!! Facility and air is super clean and the dogs each get attention and playtime as well as much need lunchtime rest. We LOVE DOGTOPIA!!
I love the fact that all of your team members are trained in dog behavior. I also like that I can watch my dog on the webcam when he is at your facility! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly love my dog!
We are so happy with Dogtopia. Mitsy loves to be there and gets plenty of love, attention and exercise. All of the staff is so pleasant and its obvious that she is loved just as much as she is at home. Mitsy comes home tired and ready to snuggle after our family all has had a long day between work, commuting, school and sports.

Extremely nice staff, sanitary facilities & a true love for dogs !
Apart from the brand new facility, I love how it's a very open area through clear glass windows by the lobby/reception. I can see the dogs are very happy there and the staff love their jobs. The staff care that all dogs are kept in the playroom for most part of the day and that the dogs are not kept in crates except for nap times and evenings.
Paying a flat fee that includes dogs in open play for most of the day is excellent, other places charge an extra fee. This is what I like most about the services.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!
Friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff. Beautiful and clean environment. Our rescue dog's used to playing with one dog at a time, but this was her first experience with a group of dogs. The staff were able to ease her into things by first introducing one-on-one with a few dogs, then rotate dogs in the large room until she was settled. By the end of the day she was happily romping and ready for sleep. They have web-cams so you can even take a look through the day to see how your pet is doing.
