Very organized friendly staff very professional

We just had our initial assessment yesterday and the staff “Sarah” was very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone was very welcoming of our puppy.

It is a great business, with excellent facilities, and great staff. My dog loves coming here, and it gives me peace of mind to know he's so well taken care of when my dog needs daycare or boarding.

Easy, convenient and the dogs seem to have fun

Staff were kind and patient to answer all our questions when we took our pet to his first daycare in Dogtopia. They know and understand that we have a lot of questions leaving our pet with them. Really appreciate Sarah who walked us through every bit of my pet's first daycare day. I've been to other Dogtopia locations and this is no different. Dogtopia is maintaining a high standard when it comes to taking care of our pets.

Every single person we interacted with clearly cares about all of the pups there, which by itself is a sign that our dog is in kind hands. Moreover, they make sure that every dog there is comfortable, and actively wants to be there - that kind of attention to comfort and care definitely helps ease the anxiety of leaving your pup at Dogtopia!

Curbside, video monitor, friendly staff

My shy and anxious pupper loves going to Dogtopia. The moment I arrive at the curbside, he jumps and zoomies inside my car itself. Although he is bit shy walking the short distance between the car and the dogtopia door, the devil of the dog comes out once he enters the daycare. I find him so happy and cheerful with both the hoomans and the other puppers at the daycare. He gets ample exercise and playtime which is visible in the statistics from the Fitbark gadget that I attach to his collar. The staff is super nice and cheerful and very accommodating. The webcam and smartphone app is also plus point. The staff is also very honest and report any incidents and take good care of your furry friend. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia or Dublin.

From my very first contact with Dogtopia of Dublin, I have been EXTREMELY impressed! I got my dog, Beau, last March right when COVID hit and he was not able to socialize with people and other dogs for a very long time which resulted in him being very shy and scared. Beau didn't pass his first meet & greet, BUT, luckily after doing a board & train with our trainer, Beau passed the meet and greet the 2nd try! I love the thorough assessment of every dog that goes to Dogtopia for the safety of all dogs and trained staff. Also, the facility is clean and kept clean throughout the day. The staff are so friendly and loving to Beau and the other dogs. I love that I can check on Beau through the webcam on the app and website. Only after 2 days of daycare, I can already tell that Beau LOVES it! Thank you Sarah and your wonderful team! Thank you for loving Beau and all Dogtopia dogs the way that you do!
