Great professional friendly staff
Extremely slow turnabout, poor communication when ordering merchandise either in store or online.
My lovey bike, bought at Pelo, needed a new chain and cassette. The job was done within a couple of hours on the same day. I was given extra help and advice by Martina and now by bike is so smooth.
