I was dealing with mike and joe over the phone for few weeks. New bike I ordered got delayed,not any fault of pelo..Mike & joe were brilliant in keeping me in the loop.considering all the times I phoned them !!! .Thanks for patience guys and for all your help. Definitely recommend pelo
I didn't get a call or text to let me know my bike was ready for collection until after I had already phoned the shop to confirm it was ready for collection

Very friendly and helpful staff members who who went more than the extra mile to help me purchase my new Kalkoff electric bike and deliver it to me on the Aran islands. Their back up service and efficiency in maintaining the bike is highly recommended

Decent range of options; attractive store and brand. But the primary appeal was the extremely high standard of customer service - paricularly important given our lack of knowledge of the bike world. Mike and the other staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely recommend to others - and return for any future purchases.
