The transition to online was challenging for our 10 year old. But the staff has been great in trying their best to keep him enthused and engaged. When they saw that he was not performing as well as he had in the center, they presented the opportunity for him to return to in center sessions as soon as the opportunity opened. So he is now back to in center sessions and already improving and doing well! I appreciate the staff consistently communicating with me always and being so committed to my son’s success. They are so creative and so in touch and so kind! And not to mention, very smart and they know their math! Thank you!

I love getting the updates on my kids’ progress. But what I appreciate most is the personal touch shown by the staff. More than once, I’ve received an email or phone call from Faith or Jordan asking if everything was alright when one of my boys had an “off” day or were upset by something. In a place with as many kids cycling in and out, it makes me feel like the staff really care and see them as the unique individuals they are.

Mathnasium has helped our student get up to speed with their current grade level math, and has saved my husband and I from the stress of trying to teach the basic core skills that public education failed to provide for our child. We have had a great experience with Mathnasium. We were one of the first families to sign up at the NE location and from day 1 I felt like staff treated me and my daughter with kindness and efficient attention to any concerns that popped up. I was impressed with the professional way that assessment information and feedback was offered and I felt that the head staff had a personal interest in my daughter's experience at Mathnasium and with her progression through the material. I also thought that the transition to remote sessions was done well. During the transition phase before sessions went fully online, it felt like the center took safety/health precautions regarding COVID very seriously. There is a sense of true commitment and caring for the students who enroll there. I would highly recommend.

The instructors do an excellent job of explaining the concepts a variety of different ways so that it clicks and makes sense. They communicate with me on a regular basis regarding my child’s progress which I appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about Mathnasium. It has helped our family tremendously!

As difficult as distance learning is (and also having to do it at Mathnasium, not just public school), the people at Mathnasium have been great about working with my child's needs and adjusting to her method of learning. I definitely have seen improvement in the one year that she has been involved and would recommend this to any other parents of children who need some extra help with math. My child gets 1 on 1 attention that is not possible with today's distance learning curriculum.

The teachers have been great at keeping our student on track. We tried an online option that we struggled with getting the direct help we needed when our student had questions. It's great to have the direct, personal help. For our situation, it was a better fit.
