The work was done on time and efficiently for the most part. There was one young man in the construction crew which did the framing and replaced the siding who worked very hard in rain and windy conditions. He was also the clean up person and was the last to leave at 7 in the evening. He is a real asset to that contractor. Also the two different young men who came to put up the garage doors were both great. The one who actually replace the two doors also worked on a night when there was storm alerts and rain and wind. He left at 7 PM having finished his job and cleaned up nicely. The other man came back to put up some trim that was not in the original estimate and he was a pleasant person. He did good work and cleaned up well. Over all I was very pleased with the project manager and the contractors Venturi provided.

I was kept in the loop and notified by staff when the crew would be at my house or if there were any changes. They did what they said they would, no changes or excuses. I really appreciated that! So different from previous contractors I have had the displeasure to have hired.
Very thorough job with water mitigation
Prompt, courtesy service. Denise, project manager, was always available and on time for appointments. She kept us informed and answered any questions we had along the way. Jeremy was hardworking and respectful. He was respectful and got the job taken care of.
I appreciated that someone came out right away to assess our leak and put fans out to dry the wet areas right away. Then everyday that the fans and dehumidifier were running someone came out to check on them. Friendly staff.
