Quality work and Customer Care
Overall we were very happy with Venturi Restoration. The subcontractor they selected for drywall/paint was a disappointment. Finally had to get the owner of the paint company to come on the last day to correct problems. The flooring subcontractor they selected was excellent. That crew worked quickly, efficiently, and were very professional. The supporting Venturi crew were also excellent. Our project manager, Chris Corrington, was very good at keeping us informed and was quick to respond to problems.
The customer service is EXCELLENT especially returning calls, coming out to home for follow up, and pleasant, respectful, and kind interactions via phone or in person!!! Very satisfied customer !!!
