Great team ! Excellent skills. Ryder Hendeix was the best team leader and manager. I had a toilet leak on second story and it was a nightmare ! Venturi was always on time. ! They explained everything. any time I had to ask again to clarify I always got an answer. When I had a leaking dehumidifier, one of the guys came at 10 pm to fix it. Finished the job on time , didnt leave a crumb of sheet rock dust behind. They dealt with my insurance and it was the best experience I've had with construction repairs. Ive called them again for a leaking window and feel confident it will go as well as before.

Kelvin, Nikki and Mel were very professional with packing and unpacking our belongings. Their crew was efficient and accommodating of our schedule. They were knowledgeable as to how to disassemble some of our furniture and didn't hesitate to include us in some of the decisions. Aside from one small item (which Kelvin immediately replaced) nothing was damaged, broken or scratched in the pack-out process. They treated our home with respect and even put new pads on our furniture before returning it to the refinished hardwood floors. We couldn't be more pleased!
Just want to let you all know that I am very satisfied with the work and customer service provided by everyone that I came in contact with. I would like to give a special shout out to Jose. He’s kind, considerate, hard working and his craftsmanship was the best.
