This was my first visit (Jul 9) and I was there to do a bike fit on my new road bike. It was very easy to book the time (over the phone), I was greeted and taken care of right when I showed up at the store (even though I was about 15 minutes early). The whole hour I spent in the store I felt welcomed, respected, taken care of even though I'm a total newby when it comes to road bikes/cycling. I'm very happy and satisfied with the fit job and the whole process, and appreciate all the information I was given and all the answers to many questions I had, sometimes even lame ones. :-) As a matter of fact, I'm planning on taking my other bike in tonight as I need a flat tire to be fixed.
