The sales and service teams are very responsive and friendly. You can always get someone on the phone. Although they don't have the cheapest prices, they are competitive.

My bike was in terrible disrepair. Chris did an outstanding job in reviving my bike. It looks as good as new. I have been taking my bikes to Evolution Cycle for years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Mike and the staff at Evolution do an outstanding job. The Guys at Evolution Cycles are great! Chris did a great job on rejuvenating my old bike and in rigging it up with the new Kickr Core and while i was i got a new Trek for my Son! Fantastic bike shop and A1 service as usual.
