Student Testimonials
Lots of classes to choose from throughout the day. Nice studio. Great teachers!
I absolutely love c1 with Kara! She sets a great tone and pacing for the class, offers modifications without prompting, and provides feedback so we can ensure we are getting the most out of the class.
Everyone is super friendly.
One of my favorite places to spend an hour!
People are friendly professional and know people by name which makes you feel valued.
I like that they challenge you and that they can put their own spin on classes so they are not all
the same.
Place is clean!!
It’s a great full body workout, that I wouldn’t be able to experience at any Gym.
I took C2 with Jen at the Apple Valley location.
I've had the pleasure of practicing yoga in many different studios due to my frequent travels for work, and I can confidently say that Jen is one of the best instructors I've encountered. As a new person to the studio, I felt immediately welcomed by her warm and inviting demeanor. Jen's energy was truly infectious, creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere that was exactly what I needed that day. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and inspired, and I can't wait to return. Thank you, Jen, for an incredible experience!
The people.
I really enjoy the classes. Most of the instructors are very good especially Bethany, Leah, and many others. I feel like I get a really good workout everytime I take a class.
I wish the Apple Valley studio was more modern inside as it’s a bit outdated for the monthly dues, but overall, this studio has the BEST instructors! My favorite is Heather. She’s so kind, and very empowering. She’s the reason I’ve been consistently coming back. I love CPY Apple Valley!
kieras classes are the best. I love that she changes the playlist and it’s always a nee sequence . I am so grateful I get that opportunity to sweat with her. It literally makes my week.
I have been active in CorePowerYoga for 6 months and have loved it so much!

It was a great experience
Everyone is friendly
From the moment I stepped into the studio I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The instructors were friendly and professional, always offering variations and encouragement to find the best practice that suits your needs. The facility was kept clean and fully stocked making it a place I looked forward to showering and changing after practice. Overall a wonderful experience!
I love the Apple Valley studio! The staff is fantastic, friendly and real. Whether, your new to yoga, coming back from an injury, or a seasoned veteran, they have something to offer you.
Such great classes and instructors.

Loved Kiera's class!
Great location and awesome instructor (Jen P)!!
Apple valley location rocks!!!! Hot and hard classes!!

I love CorePower for the variety of classes offered, skilled teachers, and small class sizes. I have been coming to this location for years and even though I try other small gyms as they pop up around town, none is better than CPY! I am in my 40s and love to play sports and truly feel that the classes I take at core power have prevented injuries and pain that I see others my age ailing with. I also love the addition of StrengthX classes as they give the option to strength train in a safe controlled environment.
I do think there are some opportunities for improvement and membership growth. Many members, like myself, need to shower and head to work after class. Clean showers, shampoo, conditioner, blow driers, etc are all provided, but towels are not. This is a big damp item to ask members to bring each day they care to shower. It seems odd at best (cheap at worst) that these are not included. I would love to see more community creation as I see in other small fitness communities: starting out some classes introducing ourselves, organizing events outside of the studio, social media involvement, volunteer events etc. I have loved the teen summer pass for my daughters and I think there is even more opportunity out there to reach young yogis that aren't children of all access members. IE reaching out to school organizations an sports teams to offer talk about the importance of yoga and mindfulness and then offering "free week" coupons. This could be as easy as an email to athletic directors asking them to pass down to their coaches/players. These students could become future (paying) members as could their families and friends.
