Everyone is friendly
From the moment I stepped into the studio I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The instructors were friendly and professional, always offering variations and encouragement to find the best practice that suits your needs. The facility was kept clean and fully stocked making it a place I looked forward to showering and changing after practice. Overall a wonderful experience!

Kelly P, Heather, Megan, Kiera- I love how they create a sculpt workout that is soooo challenging. We never stop moving and I am challenged every time. They do exercises for the perfect length of time, they pick songs that we are able to move to the beat of the music, and they keep it really hot in there!
