They offer classes that challenge my fitness skills and offer heated yoga within driving distance for me. Their facilities are clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable with class questions.

I wish the Apple Valley location has a variety of c classes- like c1.5 as there are many more c2 classes and I feel the heat is turned up more than the other studios. As I got to witness this when apple valley was studio was closed and I visited other locations. The other studios also turn the fans on to get rid of all the heat towards the end of class.
I don’t mind hot classes but when I walk into c2 in Apple Valley MN its just like I am walking into a sauna and my water bottle is dripping with condensation and class has not even started yet.
Thank you for my consideration! I really like the workouts and try to go 3 times a week the instructors are fabulous and can tell they really like what they are doing(in all the locations I have been to)

The studio is very clean. The staff is always warm and welcoming. It’s very easy to sign up for the classes I want. This is a great place to practice!

Loved our teacher

This studio is so welcoming and such a great community! We miss Heather, but know she'll be back soon. More trainers like Meaghan, Michelle, Kira, and Heather! Mariah is doing well and has great potential. Her songs are solid, but too much slow music throughout the class when it should be at the beginning and end and she also has to work on her counts with the beat as it throws people off. She'll get there! :)
