Everyone is helpful and supportive. I’m not exactly your target audience, but you greet me warmly, answer my many questions, and have thoughtful classes that offer help and direction in my practice.
I really like the “hot” class format, and even attended my first Hot Core Fusion class today. Challenging and manageable for new people like me.

Amazing workouts; uplifting classes that are good for the body, mind and soul; burning calories while sweating out toxins, non-judgmental instructors...I just love it and feel so much better every time I attend a class.

Good class variety and great instructors
I love that the teachers have freedom to teach their own styles.. each class is different with different flows & focus. I switched to this studio after I found myself getting bored at the other (non corepower) studio. I've been coming here since May & the passion from the wide variety of teaching styles keeps me coming back. Also.. the heat stays consistent it's not 115 one day then 92 the next. There is very obviously a state of the art air exchange system, which for "hot yoga" in pretty important. Thanks!
