Everything!!! I love yoga. Theirs always a convenient time and Many different classes.
I like the variety of classes, especially the C1 heated, and the fusion classes. The studio is clean and pleasant. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable, and very calming presence. I really appreciate the teachers. I am grateful for the shower too, since I'm often on my way to work or a music rehearsal. Thank you for the yoga!

I absolutely love the classes! There's a teacher on Fridays who gets me set for success for the whole weekend! Everyone is super friendly and even helps recommend classes if you're wanting to try something new.
