The new hall we use for Aerobics/Zumba is lovely, good lighting etc, but unfortunately the floor is not good for Aerobics or Zumba, our feet stick on it and we feel it could be dangerous and cause hip and knee problems

The easy excess in using the facilities, and there is plenty of fitness machines to use,and they are all kept up to a good standard. The staff are very helpful as well .

I really enjoy my time at the VLC, doing a workout and usually also having a sauna, which sets me up for the day. The facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful and I always leave feeling better/ more energised than when I arrived. Thanking you all, Sheila.

Nice atmosphere, the centre was very clean, used the pool, it was warm enough, 3 lifeguards on at all times, the child enjoyed the floats in the water

Ease of access, carparking is very good even when busy. Good clean facilities throughout. The gym equipment is constantly being upgraded with refreshed layouts. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are equal of not better to private club and or 5 star hotel standard. Clients and staff are friendly.

Lots of services available especially for families
The gym is well maintained and changing rooms are always clean.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful!
Really pleased with the soft play and kids' swimming lessons are brilliant.
Parking is great too.
(Could some accessory equipment be gotten? Replacement bar bell pads? Another cable pulldown machine? New battleropes?
Most of lockers on main gym floor don't work.)
Gym and spa facilities are excellent
My one negative would be that it would be great to see an assult bike/spin bike/watt bike put onto the gym floor for those people (including myself) who want to work om aerobic fitness.
