There is staff integration were older technicians are working with younger ones. The younger know the machines however this knowledgeable sharing and coordination increases the value of the company to the customer.

We love our arrow lift. It has been a lifesaver to us going up and down our stairs. We only have one floor to do, but we could never do it as otherwise.
