It has been over a year that we’ve had our new lift and we are very very pleased with it. I had my second spine surgery on February 25 of this year and I could not have done it without the lift so now with 31 pins and 31 rods in my back the lift is pretty much the only way I can get upstairs. I do try every now and then to go without a lift, but coming down is kind of tough but love it and my wife has taken it also even though she doesn’t need any help getting up the stairs like I do thank you so much appreciate it. I will definitely promote your product if need be.

We have two Stannah stairlifts. Arroslift took over servicing these units after Stannah withdrew their own service teams. The Arrolift folks have been outstanding. Had our annual checkup a couple days ago and asked if it was possible to raise the seat height (the Stannah service people had said it was NOT possible). We are tall and the short seat height made the painful legs even more painful. The Arrolift service man told us OF COURSE IT COULD BE DONE, and raised the seats about three inches. This has made a wonderful difference. We are very happy to have the Arrolift folks handling our service needs.

When you call you can speak with a person, that makes a big impact on how you relate to the business you earlier chose to buy from. In the few years we have used Arrow, their employees have always been friendly and helpful. They are not always able to just drop what they are doing to help you because they are busy (they got they way by how they treat people).
