Especially in the last 2 cleanings, the house has been absolute spotless when I returned home. I find that the team is going out of their way to ensure that every detail is taken care of - it is greatly appreciated.
I like that it is a team that comes which cuts down on the time spent here. Use of your own products is nice as well, I don't have to worry about buying this or that. I use to always have a team here around 10:30 or 11 am but lately it has been around 2 and I would like to return to the original time line.

Staff always arrive on time and thorougly clean as per contract directions; staff incorporate any request or feedback from me; quick followup from corporate on any concerns, ie recently repaired small scratch on furniture;
High quality cleaning, reliability and products smell very nice
Not harmful. Reliable. Same girls each time. Would like more cleaning under beds and under easy move tables, storage units behind for dust etc. or option to have a spring clean with more staff and then know lights tops curtains behind furniture areas not done with regular cleaning gets done so I don't have to do it. Currently I follow up with these areas as never done properly and tired of asking.

The staff all take obvious care and pride in their work. The products are all effective but don't leave the house feeling and smelling like it's full of chemicals. The office is responsive and we feel well cared for all around.

Products and equipment used very up to date and very aware of bacteria,etc. Nothing used in one home is used in the next,unless the vacuum which I believe is emptied after use or before entering the next home.
