Fairly thorough, pleasant staff
Chris with Merry Maids actually came into my home to look at our house. This means a lot to me only because we have a large home with many things to take into consideration before giving me a quote over the phone. What other cleaning companies weren't taking into consideration is that my spouse and I travel for work and are rarely home, we have no kids and we are already very tidy people. Chris recognized that when pricing out our home... this means so much to me.
Also, our cleaning lady, Sonja, actually taking the time to let my dog outside for 2 minutes for a quick pee... that's so fantatsic... this saves me time in my day from coming home at lunch to let him out!! The days they come to clean, I can now take time for myself and go for lunch with colleagues and not worry about my dog.
Oh... and I can't forget about the different colour cloth's... it is so reassuring knowing they are not using the same cloth's in the kitchen and bathrooms!

The best thing is tath I DON'T have to do it!!! The maids are quick and efficient and it great to see my house sparkle when they are finished. Although I don't use them on a regular basis, but just for the 'big' cleanups, I really get a boost from their work.

We'd especially like to compliment two Richmond Hill staff, Heather and Theresa on the fantastic job that they did at our office January 9th. They were an absolute pleasure to be around, very friendly and seemed happy to be here. They did an excellent cleaning job and were very efficient and flexible (tried to plan their timing accordingly as staff went on lunch etc.). We really appreciate all of this!
Overall we are very impressed with these two ladies and hope to see them back here again soon!
I like that if I am not happy with the cleaning of my home, you take the time to make it better ASAP. I also like that the products used in my home are safe for my young children.
I like the lack of scent of cleaning products both for my cats and myself, we have allergies and the smell of strong cleaning supplies is not welcoming in the home.
We have only been using Merry Maids for a short time but so far we have been very impressed with how courteous the staff have been. It has been wonderful coming home to a clean house!
