We are happy that all of our objects are placed back where they belong! The cleaning is very thorough given that we have 2 kids and a dog it can get pretty messy!
Reliable service with only the rare occasional short-notice cancellation. Cleaner that is fairly consistent without missing cleaning areas of the home. Natural scent-free cleaning products, with the exception of the herb cleaner in the bathrooms (which I really like, even though I usually prefer no scents). Reminder e-mails are helpful.
The cleansers don't have a strong smell. Just enough to walk in and have a fresh smell! My condo always looks (and smells) brand new after a cleaning from Merry Maids!
I am very happy with Brenda and she does a pretty good job of cleaning my home.
I particularly like Karen, the gal who does my cleaning and most of the girls I have had have been courteous, work focused, diligent and efficient. The products occasionally smell a little institutional....but then again I like scented products. Not a big deal just an observation.

We didn't give a 10 even though we were very satisfied as of course this was only their first visit. You wrote recently re including the basement. We will do this when the basement is back to normal because as you know we had a flood & are getting it back in shape.

The staff that have cleaned my condo are very efficient, I have never found anything out of order, the place smells and looks brand new after they have done the cleaning!
Overall great service and was glad to be back to a clean home. Just one constructive feedback, there were streaks on the floor in some of the laminated area which was visible. I had to run over it so foot prints didnt go over it. It could be that the mop was dirty?? Anyway just one thing to think about. Again it wasnt visible on the tiled floor.
Otherwise - happy with the service and looking forward to continued service from them.
